All Transactions are COD only unless otherwise agreed upon.

Goods will be released only if payment is available and cleared in our account. 

Please give 24 hours for clearance if not transferred from ABSA.

All goods remain the property of DC3 Distribution until fully paid for.

All components carry a manufacturer’s warranty from date of purchase ranging from 1 to 5 years. 

Selected components carry a limited life-time warranty assuring warranty on the product till the end of production of that product.

We do not offer warranty or credit on any consumables that has been opened unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Warranty will be void if products has been misused, overclocked or modified.

Repairs must be returned with original purchase invoice and fault report.

Faulty items will be tested before a replacement is issued.

Faulty items must be returned in original packaging to prevent handling fee if an items must be credited.

DC3 offers a carry-in warranty. 

Faulty items older than 7 days will be replaced or repaired depending on the fault.

Warranty void on physical damage, scratches, misuse or abuse, liquid damage, repairs or product modifications executed by unauthorized third parties.

Factory defaulted items will be replaced and not repaired.

We do not take responsibility for data loss on returned items.  Always backup devices beforehand.

A 15% handling fee will be charged on goods returned for credit after 7 days.

No Credit will be issued for Components returned without Original Packaging.

No Credit will be issued for Special Ordered Components.

No Credit will be issued for Server Components.

No Credit will be issued for opened software.

No Credit will be issued for opened printers.

Items will be tested before credit approval.

Orders placed and not collected within 7 days will be cancelled and a handling fee may apply.
